It is composed by advanced students and develops a regular activity of music divulgence. In recent years, it has performed in Portugal, Spain, France, and Brazil as well as concerts with educational purposes aimed for young students within the National Education System.

It is directed by javier Viceiro, and  focuses its activity in presenting significant works of the European Art Music repertoire and the divulgence of Portuguese composers from the 18th century until nowadays
